The Ulan Mine Complex has established a 24 hour community and employee information line (ph: 1800 647630) and email address (ulancomplaints@xstratacoal.com.au) to:

• manage complaints received by the Ulan Mine Complex that may be a result of mining and/or associated activities conducted within land owned or managed by UCML.
• provide access to open cut blasting information for interested stakeholders; and
• provide access and incident information to employees during emergency situations.

Landowners or occupiers of any residence within 2km of the Ulan Mine Complex open cut operational area are also entitled to be notified about the blasting schedule at the mine. If you reside within 2km of the open cut operational area and wish to be notified of the blasting schedule, or if you are unsure of your eligibility for notification, please contact the Environment & Community Manager using the contact details provided above.
